JELENA S. BLACKCertified Public Accountant & Certified Valuation Analyst Jelena Black is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). As a founding partner of Black & Associates LLP, Ms. Black is responsible for the tax and financial service areas of our practice. These services include business valuations, tax planning and preparation, management advisory services, and accounting/payroll. Jelena also works closely with Mr. Black regarding our clients financial planning^ and investment* needs. Ms. Black holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Communications degree with an emphasis in accounting from California State University at Long Beach, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). Vest Advisory Services (sm). Mr. Black holds a Series 7 (General Securities) license, a Series 66 (Uniform Combined State Law) license, and California State Life Insurance and Annuity licenses. Mr. Black is responsible for the financial planning^ and investment^ areas of our practice. These services include investment advisory^ services, retirement planning, college education planning, estate/legacy planning, and personal/corporate life insurance. Shaun also works closely with Ms. Black on tax planning issues in order to provide our clients with simplified, integrated, and comprehensive wealth management services.
